• 根據《建築物條例》的《2011年建築物(修訂)條例》，強制驗樓及強制驗窗計劃己經於2012年7月全面實行，本公司為合資格承辦商，代客戶之大廈進行強制性檢驗窗戶、外牆、加建物及修葺

• 本公司為政府認可之小型工程承辦商，能為客戶提供專業意見，因應屋宇署的規範及程序，合資格地清拆一般僭建物，如村屋或別墅之玻璃屋、大廈天台加建、外牆冷氣支架等。

• 針對新舊樓宇進行檢驗服務，提供專業意見及全面評估報告(覆蓋結構、防水、水電、通風冷氣等)，確保入住或買賣前取得詳細資訊。

Demolishment of Illegal Structure and Building Inspection

• General Guidelines on Mandatory Building Inspection and Mandatory Window Inspection Scheme had been commenced on July 2012. We are the Prescribed Registered Contractors (PRC) that can help our customer to undergo checking, repair and renew process.

• We are one of the Prescribed Registered Contractors (PRC) of Minor Work Control System (MWCS) that can give our customer total solution in order not to violate the legal requirements to remove the order from the building department.

• Against New / Old building inspection services, we provide professional inspection report with suggestion and solution (covering Structural, Waterproofing, Pumping, Electricity, Ventilation etc.) To ensure the customer have more information before purchase or move in.
